Senior partner is Mr. Björn Gärde, born 1947, eldest son of the well-known Swedish lawyer Styrbjörn Gärde, grandson of the Swedish legislator Nathanael Gärde, attorney general of Sweden and Supreme Court judge. Educated at the University of Stockholm Sweden (LL.M) and the University of Zürich, Switzerland (LL.M). Prior managing partner of Styrbjörn Gärde lawfirm, previous employment with Pestalozzi & Gmür, Zürich Switzerland. Member of the Swedish Bar Association and International Bar Association.
 
The law firm offers legal assistance with full discretion. According to Swedish law, all lawyers are bound by complete professional secrecy.
 
Special technical measures have been taken to assure that computerized data is not transmitted to any unauthorized person.

Based on the lawfirms extensive immaterial knowledge, we have also opened a branch office in Stockholms new Designcenter, at the University College of Arts, Crafts and Design, Telefonplan. We shall here contribute legally to the new companys being formed.
